Infinite time to headers download

I'm experiencing infinite time for downloading headers...
I have to stop Newsbin, restart it, then download starts.
Windows 10 Pro updated, 32 Gb
Newsbin 6.91 RC1

Anything in the logs? The connection is supposed to eventually time out.

The problem seems to have solved itself...
