auto-assemble-incompletes

Recently updated to this beta and it appears that auto-assemble-incompletes is activated and I can't find an off switch. Talking about individual files that do not have pars involved.

It's automatic these days. One and done. It downloads, tries all available servers, assembles and there you are. If it thinks they're incomplete, it'll capitalize the filename them so you can tell.
