Tray icon status update bug.

Little bug present from version 5
If newsbin is in speed limit mode the tray icon goes yellow with tooltip speed limit.
shutdown newsbin

start newsbin
The trayicon reappears yellow with tooltip speed limit but newsbin is running at full speed.
toggle speed limit to get the right tray icon.
