I attempted to move a file from near the bottom of the download list to the top. The status changed to 'Downloading' but it's position in the list didn't change and it wasn't downloading.

I paused then added 20 sets of files to the download list. I then selected the bottom 3 and clicked the "move top button" and they moved to the top. Then I used the keyboard shortcuts to do the same thing. It worked too.

I have a feeling you're trying to move files within the set of files. You can't do that. They're in the order Newsbin needs them to be in. If you add them as individual files you can move them around (instead of adding them as a group) but then Autopar might not work as well as it could. It should still work but you might not see it actually working.

That is in fact what I did. Not a problem.
