Might want to check Options/AutoPar Options/Use Internal RAR Timestamps Setting. Mine is unchecked, but NB is using the internal RAR Date. Used to be fine. I even toggled the setting and no joy.
Might be backwards.
Update: Maybe this isn't broke...seems to be working now.

I have the same issue as well. Tried to toggle back and forth but no good.

Yeah, mine is broke again this morning after closing NB, turning off computer last evening. New session today and the RARs are using the internal date again.
