When I click on Pause Button in the Download List, the Icon left of the filename does not change.

I see a bit of a delay but it's setting the icon. The delay is probably because it doesn't toggle now until the change actually takes place.

I could look into making it more immediate.

I select a download, click the "Pause" button and in a second the icon toggles. I suppose this might be delayed if the download list processing gets busy. Like you added a bunch of stuff and then clicked pause while it's still processing.

Yes, quite a bit of a delay.

Also, clicked on the + left of the filename and the PARs show the Pause icon but the RARs still show the Checkmark icon.

You can pause the whole thing or you can pause individual items within the set. So pausing the main thing won't change the pause state of the individual files.
