Version 6.55 Final Available...

Final Release of 6.55 is available on the Newsbin Beta Page

The installer has been updated to allow first time users to obtain a free trial key during the installation process. Upgrade users should see no difference. Let me know if you notice anything wonky.

This version is otherwise identical to 6.55RC1.

Just curious as to why 6.55.3334.F1 would ask me twice on my preferred language at the start of the install. Never seen this one before.

It's an oddity with the installer I haven't been able to fix. It works fine in XP but Win7/Win8 has this issue. It has something to do with how it gains admin access to write files to the program files folder.

It's annoying, I know. I keep looking for an update to the installer utility we use to see if they fixed it.

Thanx Dex, this is the first time that I have seen this, I usually update with every test build unless there is a prob. Just thought it was kinda weird.
