This one has a few bug fixes

Here is the summary of changes:

• Fixed issue where some posts would be corrupted on download
• No longer required filetype.dll file, it is built in to the .exe
• Fixed intermittent crash issue.
• Fixed issue with order posts are downloaded from the download list.

Fixed issue where some posts would be corrupted on download

To expand on this. The problem was with Posting from Newsbin. That last chunk of a multipart would have incorrect length set. Newsbin didn't care and downloaded the files properly but, "Grabit" didn't like it and corrupted the download.
