Assemble Incompletes

Postby TBlack » Fri May 02, 2014 10:18 am

Is there a switch or setting to control or turn on or off the "Assemble Incompletes" on the Right Click Menu for a file being downloaded? Recently, I have run into some files where parts of the RAR file are incomplete. I have to manually click on Assemble Incompletes to finish the file so RAR Repair can start.

Thanks

How many retries to you have set? Normally it's set to 2 and after the second retry, Newsbin will assemble and repair.

The more retry's, the long it takes for Newsbin to begin this process.

Retries is set to 2. Maybe I need more patience.

Thanks for the insights. Now I understand the relationship.

If you look at the status column, you can see the retry's counting down. There's really nothing wrong with reducing them to 1 also.
