Exit Newbin Custom Command

Can't seem to find the custom command for Exit "Newsbin when download list empties" shown on the Advanced Settings Tab. There's one for Exiting Windows, but not Exit Newbin when downloads are complete.
How about a toggle/shortcut key for full screen and window modes?

"Auto-Shutdown" in the advanced tab. If you enable that then windows shutdown becomes optional.
I'm a bit confused about the button request. Isn't that what the maximize/restore box in the top right system menu does?

Yes, Auto Shutdown, "Exit Newsbin when download list empties" in the Advanced Tab. I'm looking for the equivalent in the Toolbar Custom All Commands area so I can add a Button to the Toolbar so I can toggle Exit Newsbin from a button on the Toolbar. I don't see this command anywhere, but there is a command for Windows ShutDown.
As for Window/Full Screen Keyboard Shortcut, I'm just an old DOS guy who likes sometimes to punch a key as opposed to reaching for the Mouse. FWIW, I really like the F11 key in MS Internet Explorer for toggling full screen and window in IE. That's where I got the idea for this suggestion.

I guess this suggestion to add "Exit Newsbin when download list empties" to the All Commands area was too late for the release. Any idea if this one is on the list?
