Need a way to sample RAR files

With version 5, through filters, you were able to download the first few parts of a large RAR archive. This came in handy to be able to sample archives without having to download the entire set of files. Haven't found a way to do this in version 6, it always downloads the entire RAR archive.

Is there an option to "sample" RAR files, for example, to download the first 3 parts of the archive, without downloading the entire RAR file?

Couple ways:

1 - Start the download, sample using the right click menu in the download or files, then delete it if you don't like it.

2 - Hit the plus icon, send a couple rars to the download list, sample from the files menu.

They way 6.50 works now, I could probably add a sample function that would be simpler. I'll add a note to look into it.

I can manually sample them now with the ways you suggested above, thanks for that.

If you could have an option to "download samples" or something similar, and maybe have an option to choose how many files are "sampled", that would be awesome.
