Hello,

While setting up the new MessageID Filter, I noticed something possibly wrong with file storage...

My DataFolder is here:

D:\username\Newsbin

Everything is stored in this folder.

"Everything" except: GuiItems.db3

This file is still being updated in this folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Newsbin

GuiItems remains in a common folder. It maintains backups of the NBI files and some other things so, it made sense to put it someplace outside of the data folder.
