manual unRAR does it to the wrong directory

when unraring manually (e.g., didn't set up a password before the file was ready), the target directory is not the one in the settings. It unrars to the download directory.

This seems like a bug, the manual unrar should work the same way as the autoPAR/RAR.

Also, any way to make the manual unrar work in the background, so that it doesn't prevent me from performing other operations in NBP during the unRAR?
