Freature Request - Lockout Poster from Failed Files Tab

So, I tried to download a message and NB identified it as spam with an .exe and put it in the failed files tab. I deleted the message from the group tab and then thought, hey I should lockout this poster. The only place the message now exists is in the Failed Files tab and there is no right click --> Lockout Poster command. This would be a nice addition. Just asking.
