Old Folder Picker

I went to "download to existing folder" and its action was different. Thought maybe "Use old folder picker" became unchecked. When I looked for it in "Options" I couldn't find it (I think it was on the "Advanced" tab but I looked at all of them 3 times). If it was removed on purpose then no problem, I can get use to the new way.
