ERROR - Resolver: Unable to find Download data

6.34 - build 1886, Win7 Pro.

Quite often I've noticed that when selecting a group of new files that they will not shift to the Download List and the Logging tab will indicate the following: [18:13:35] ERROR - Resolver: Unable to find Download data

Bypassing filters does not help.

However, if I log in to a search site and create an NZB for the same files, they load and download quite nicely.

This web search can be done prior to loading Newsbin (it happens to many of the same files in different groups, different posters) and when Newsbin fails to find the files I load the same listing from a websearch and they work.

Make sure your storage age is sane. Longer than whatever you're trying to download.

One thing you can do to cause this is to Add to download list then shift-delete the files. If you do it too quickly the data deletes before it can be added to download.

If not that then, it likely means the database that holds the header data is damaged. I'd "download all headers" on the group or right click "Post Storage\delete stored posts" and then "download latest".

Storage age is 4 for all.

Shift-delete I learned the hard way a few years ago.

Tried the second part of the fix-- worked; Thanks.

4's pretty short. I might set it to 20 then set the display age to 4.
