6.20 B3 not handling nested / artificially expired

Here is the problem, and also a working workaround:

I was trying to download some stuff that was artificially expired by Giganews - first segments missing.

When adding the whole nested post to the download list - "assemble incompletes" creates no files anywhere, although the files disappear from the download list, but do not appear as assembled on the download path or anywhere.
The same behaviour noticed with 6.10 RC1 (not tested with 6.11).
So I assume that the problem is continuing.
The difference is that with 6.20 B3 I got many many of those even when downloading such artificially expired posts:

[03:24:18] ERROR - CNNTPServerWorker - internal crash
[03:24:18] ERROR - CNNTPServerWorker - internal crash
[03:24:18] ERROR - CNNTPServerWorker - internal crash
.....

With 6.10 RC1 - no such crashes. However, with 6.10 RC1 I also got such crashes when downloading some other post with many holes in files, but not placed regularly.
So perhaps the failure to create files is not related to those crashes, because in 6.10 the files were not created even without a single crash. Not sure.

Anyway, this happens if the whole nested post is added to the download queue (in this case - from the results of local search).
If I expand the post and add only separate rar parts instead, then everything is ok - no crashes and assembled incomplete files appear as they should.
So the problem seems to be the combination of a hierarchical post in the download list and its incompleteness.

Not tested with 6.20 B3 what happens when missing segments are not always the first ones.

yes, 32 bit, /3GB /Userva not used - 2 GB - uTorrent does not like /3GB so I don't use it.

The best way to handle this - to export to nzb and then to download with Newsbin 5.
Somehow simpler than to expand each post and select what is inside.

--------------

I noticed other cases when things are being downloaded, the bandwidth clearly used, but no files created afterwards.
It just happened again, the post was not even incomplete. Bet before downloading that post some of those above crashes occurred on another post, so probably that was the reason no files appeared.
Now I did it the safe way - added to the download list all the files at once, but as separate files from the expanded post.
Downloading fine, the downloaded files this time are created correctly.

------------------------

par2 files are no longer overwritten :)
Thank you so much!!!

Think I saw and solved this. The internal crash anyway. Will be on B5.
