Lately (I think since upgrading to ver 6) I have been getting this message whenever I try to download the headers from a large group

[22:23:45] ERROR NNTPSocket - Socket HandleError - Server:unlimited.usenetmonster.com SendCommand - Server Disabled Service on connection: 400 unm2.usenetmonster.com: Session byte limit reached.

I don't know if this is a Newsbin error, Unsenetmonster error, or something my internet provieder is doing to me.

Any help would be apprieciated.

It's from the server. Not sure I consider it a problem. For accounting purposes, some servers limit total transfers per connection.

I didn't use to have this problem before version 6. Is there a way I can get around it.

I have an unliminted accout with Usenetmonster so they shouldn't be limiting me.

Thanks

Do your downloads stop? Like I said, it's not really a problem as long as the downloads continue.

This is something the server is doing - it will not be specific to the fact you are running NB version 6. It is possible it was always happening, but you did not notice it? As Quade said, if NB continues downloading it probably does not matter.

For information on WHY it is occurring, you would need to contact UsenetMonster support. It is thire server which is generating the error message and one presumes they should know why :?:
