Don't download PARs?

Is there an option to only download PAR files if a repair is needed?

That's the way it behaves if you have autopar enabled. You add the entire parset, but newsbin only downloads what it needs.

The small par is always downloaded, of course, since that's what newsbin uses to determine the posting is complete.

OK, must have been because I had the PARs at the top of the list so it grabbed those first.

Did get an error though at the end: [14:07:26] ERROR - Failed to Move file to final destination - Shouldn't happen

Any ideas?

Suggests something interfering with Newsbin, like an antivirus, or permission issues. Try running as admin, if that stops the message, permissions are the issue. I would completely disable any antivirus first, just to see if that's related. With some of those products, easier said than done.
