Downloaded several items fine the last few days, but had only been queuing 1-4 items at a time (tho sometimes very large items - 8GB+)

Today I queued about 50 smaller items (400mb each), and so far nb has crashed 3 times. All the same error in the event log, differing only in the event ID and start time:

Hmm, well steps to reproduce are the best way to help them hunt down a potential bug, but you're doing nothing particularly unusual there. That dll is related to file and folder sharing. Anything about your setup that isn't bog standard? External or network drives? Did you upgrade from xp to win7? Saving files to a shared network folder? Just trying to guess why you're seeing this but not others.

Its saving to a RAID-0 drive currently, and while I do have several other drives (one RAID-5, and 3 external 2TB+), it does not use them

Windows 7 Ultimate is a fresh clean install - no upgrades, nothing special. No shared folders on the RAID-0, and no modified permissions.

All in all it crashed about a dozen times until about half the queue was gone... no other crashes after that. Very strange.

As to steps to reproduce it... I didnt do anything special. Just searched for a few things, added some to the download list and let it go.

Is there enough room on your local system drive just to test, say, 30/40G? I mean, it's up to you, but really what you're describing isn't unusual, as we've both said, and to me indicates something 'off'. Just reproducing it off the raid would at least rule out some faulty hardware/software. Personally, I'm at a loss apart from bad hardware or something like that, which I know you don't want to hear. I'd just keep isolating things to as bare bones as possible.
