B9, B10 crash when browsing from Options

When i downloaded and started using b9, i went to Options and tried to change the AutoPar \ UnRar path. The first time i hit Browse, the program crashed. It just closed without any message. Restarting it and repeating the process seemed to work fine (no crashes since). I now installed B10 and went to Options \ Autoload NZB path and hit Browse. The same thing happened.
I deleted all config files from "Local Settings\Application Data\NewsBin" and restarted NB. The first thing i noticed is that the program didn't crash when hitting Browse. I also noticed the old config files opened a different dialog when i pressed on Browse. With the old config, a "File Save As" dialog opens, having as filename "Enter New Folder Name". With the old config files deleted and the newly created config files, a tree selection dialog appears. Does that seem normal?
