Header download: Indication when done

Hi,

In 6, when headers are updated, it seems the jobs disappear from the Downloads tab when the last XOVER command has completed, but the actual updating of the database is deferred. This means that, unless watching the log, one might think everything is done, and perhaps shut down the application.

I think it would be better if the jobs stayed in the list with a status of "Updating DB", or something.
