Bug - Connections tab "group" sometimes does not update.

Build 6.0b2 b774 x64
OS: Windows 7 x64
Setup: Set server connections to 2.
Steps:
Perform internet search.
Download something from search results.
Download something else from search results but in a different group than first download.
Expected: Connections tab show both connections are on second group during download of second posting.
Actual: Connections tab show different groups for the 2 connections.

This is normal.
Selecting the group isn't a requirement for downloading posts so, you could easily have connections that never selected a group. You can have a connection that selected a group and now it's downloading posts from another group but, it never selected this group. The group state is ephemeral and non-deterministic. it's never the same between two runs even when downloading the same files over again. The only thing guaranteed to select groups is header downloads.
Newsbin will select the group on failure, because some servers can't deliver without selecting the group but, by default, it doesn't select the group while downloading.

How useful is "group" information for connections then? Maybe it should be removed.
