There is currently no way to turn off grid lines in the post lists. We can consider it.

Minor bug: in the tab heading text, the number of files in tabs does not zero out when erasing all files. example, if a.b.something contains 20 items, it shows 20. If I delete or mark-as-old any of them, the number in the tab heading updates corectly. when I delete or mark-as-old all of them, the number does not get updated.
To make things more fun, the bug is not consistent
