6.90B7 Size based watch topic giving unexpected results

Using a fresh install and empty database, I have a watch topic that says to give me anything that is 20G min size.
Downloaded one day of headers from a.b.multimedia
84 of 112 post sets are less than 20G

The 20G min size watch topic works fine in 6.82.
