Watch_List Rescan Topic

Rescan Topic/Scan Days....If I set the number of Days to 2, NB is scanning and adding Posts as far back as it can from my Groups. Seems to ignore the Number of Days entered in the box.

Same for the new Test Watch Button. Number of days seems to be ignored.
