Filter Profiles Not Showing

I have two added Filter Profiles that appear totally blank and empty in Beta 9. They were fine in Beta 8 and 6.56 Release. If I go back to 6.56, they are there.

I just added one called "Boobs". It seems to be there.

Then I restarted and "Boobs" were still there. How many do you have defined?

I have 6 total profiles.

The profile names are there, but two of the six have no RE filter strings showing in the Accept and Reject area. The RE strings are gone, blank.

If I go back to 6.56, all's well.

I have 12. Not seeing it yet.

They're stored in "filters.db3" you can look in there with an Sqlite file browser and see what's what.

Downloaded SQLiteDatabaseBrowserPortable.exe and everything is in Filters.db3.

Beta 8 & 9 are doing the same thing, 6.56 is fine. See screen caps pics below.

Seems something got broke recently. What changed from 6.56 to Beta 9?

For sure you don't want to use unsorted. Don't think the other one's a problem.

I'd watch out switching back and forth. The format in 6.60 isn't the same as 6.56. They use different tables in the DB so, filters from 6.56 get translated one time and then any additional filters added to 6.56 probably get ignored.

I'm thinking that might be the whole issue.

Changed the Filter Profile names with no joy. Same result...6.50 is picking on only two Profiles and Blanking out the display. When I reinstall 6.56, all is well.

My recollection is earlier Betas prior to 8 were Ok as well.

Beta 10 has the same issue with some Filter Profiles not showing at all. 6.56 is still fine. Seems something was changed in 6.60 to cause the issue. Any ideas? Can you go back to 6.56 code for testing purposes?

It's not breaking for me.

1 - They can't be the same name as a topic.

2 - They can't be a reserved name like "unsorted".

3 - Filters you add in 6.56 will NOT show up in 6.60. There's a one time conversion process and once it's been done, 6.60 doesn't look at the 6.56 filters at all. They're independent of each other.

If you can characterize this in a way I can reproduce, I could fix it.

Was not aware there was a one-way conversion. Transferred the entries into 6.60....all seems well so far.

Dooh! I guess that's my fault then. The improvements too be able to add new features to filters meant I needed to go away from the old format.

Nope, no fault to place....we figured it out

I was flipping back and forth based on certain Beta bug issues to make sure I was using a stable version when I was traveling.

Things should be fine now. The Filters seem to be performing as expected.
