Ctrl-R Issue?

When doing a Ctrl-R on an entry, NB displays a Check Mark on the left of the filename and changes the Status to "Queued for Download". After the files are displayed, should the Status go back to what it was, because the file is not really "Queued for Download" and the main file is not being downloaded.
