NB 6.51B3 (3144) seems to stall

When downloading a large set of messages, after a few messages don't download completely but still remain on the DL cue, other DLs don't progress.

For example: If I have 300 messages in my DL cue and there are 5 messages at the top of the cue which downloaded *SOME* but not ALL of the message (where the current progress is still under 100%,) occasionally my DL speed will drop to 2.4KBps down from 11.6MBps.

I've noticed that if I take the partial downloads that are "stuck" at the top of the DL list, select them, and send them to the bottom of the DL list, then the download of the next active message will resume/commence at full speed as expected.

It's almost like NB is periodically going back and retrying old/failed/stalled downloads, but this is causing the whole process to slow to a crawl.

Anything I can do to fix this or prevent it entirely?

I think I have a solution for the stalling. Will be in the next beta.

It stalls when you're adding files to the download list and it decides to save the download list to disk.
