Lockout Poster Problem

I am running 6.60B18 and .exe virus payloads keep getting past the spam filter settings in various newsgroups, normally I would just do a poster lockout, however the poster names contain Japanese / Chinese characters and wont be added to the poster lockout file examples are 慹慫潭彺㈸杀硭搮⁥礨歡浡穯)慴楲獥愀nr쬘᷽쀀輀㠀㉆䘴䕃䘸䈳䔹䄰䌰㜷䑅䐶䔵䙁㠰䑂漀>n and 慹慫潭彺㈸杀硭搮⁥礨歡浡穯)⸀硸x楴桳 can you take a look please?
