two issues with B13

B13 has two new strange issues:

1. When I try to close the application, it seems to think for a while but then continues as normal. The only way I can close it is via the task manager.

2. It sometimes just stops and thinks. There is apparently no network activity (although there are plenty of files currently being downloaded) and nothing new in the logs being generated. There is CPU and memory activity (I can see in task manager) but no way to tell what NBP is doing right now. There is no AutoPAR/RAR going on, but I can't tell why it's "paused".

B14 is the most current. Might be interesting to see what the memory usage looks like when this happens.

Memory usage was about 500M pretty consistently.
