Pause Bug?

Description: Newsbin UNPAUSES when already paused due to no free space. Similarly, a Newsbin UNPAUSES based on the freeing-up of data despite being in a manually paused state.

Reproduction: Download things and have them active in the cue. Fill up the hard drive until the DISK FULL error appears. Select ALL files, and click "PAUSE." Free up some space on the HDD. Newsbin will continue downloading despite being "PAUSED."
