Version 6.42 Release Candidate 1

Version 6.42 is now in Release Candidate status. We found and fixed an intermittent issue with timeouts that was showing up in a number of ways. Most obvious was Internet Searches would timeout prematurely, some people reporting it worked every other time for example. This is now resolved.
