Folders to exclude from MS Security Essentials AV?

I am using Microsoft Security Essentials as my A/V / Malware blocker. What I want to do is exclude Newsbin completely from it. What are the folder paths/processes I need to exclude?

I've never seen MSSE get in the way of Newsbin. I'm not sure you have to exclude anything. You could exclude the data folder for max speed I guess.
