Failed to create empty document.

Good morning,

this morning Newsbin crashed one time (after hitting Ctrl+B - but I can't reproduce it) and now I can't launch Newsbin anymore.
I'm always getting an error message: Failed to create empty document.

After re-installing Newsbin I'm able to run Newsbin again, but only 1 time.
If I close and try to run it again, I'm getting the message again.

sorry, found the reason. I've tried to run the old executable.
I didn't noticed you changed the filename, so my old QuickLaunch-Icon isn't valid anymore.

But, Newsbin crashed a second time a few seconds ago after pushing Ctrl+B
