New licence not showing?

Hi have just come back to news bin and brought a new licence for searches. My newbin pro is still on the old licence though which has expired. What do i do? I have updated the key but that hasn't worked. can someone check my account please.

From the help menu, you can enter the new key, register, restart Newsbin and it should start working.

I just looked you up in our database, you have 3 keys to Newsbin now. Keys are good for life, you only need one. When you purchase a Search subscription, it gets tied to a key. You currently have active Search subscriptions against 2 of your 3 keys. Newsbin must be registered with the same key your Search subscription is tied to in order for it to recognize that you have an active Search subscription.
