Upgrade to 6.73. No Entries anywhere?

I have all my 37 tracked groups
But no files download in files list
No nothing!
and I just upgrade from an older version 6
help!
No POSTS appear in newsgroups, as I open them up, and I just upgraded! ( id not change data folders, as my 37 groups show up as tracked) but no posts anywhere!
