Obfuscated movie file names

Gone are the days you can always search for a movie by name with a search indexer unless you are lucky enough to get it before it is taken down. Now it appears that the names are obfuscated. How exactly do I know what the obfuscated movie is? Does NBP have the ability to help in this area? If this was already addressed in another post a link to it would be appreciated. It's movies I am most interested in.

Not all formats of obscure postings can be examined to see the contents. On the other hand some can be scanned.
We address this 2 ways
1 - Using the search engine, we look inside the obscure posts and try to extract meaning from the data there. So when you search, you're searching also against what we found hidden inside the posts.
2 - If you're using headers you can select one or more obscured posts and hit Ctrl-R to tell Newsbin to read into the set of files and try to display the what's hidden in there.

Glad I found this post, as I was wondering how to get around this issue. I use the Newsbin search service (i.e. I don't download headers), but unfortunately, especially with older material, the search only appears to display or retrieve posts that have already been tampered with (taken down). I have a family member who doesn't utilise Newsbin, but instead has a system setup with SABnzbd and NZBgeek. He seems to be able to find almost anything via NZBgeek, whereas a lot of material simply doesn't even show up in the Newsbin search.
Is it worth subscribing to NZBgeek to supplement the Newsbin search ? Or am I perhaps missing something fundamental ? I really don't want to have to start to download headers as that would be counter intuitive to the entire process.
Thanks in advance.

If you can PM me some examples of stuff that shows up with NZBgeek but not our search, I can look into it. It could be as simple as there being a newsgroup we aren't indexing or it could be that NZBgeek has some inside information about obfuscated posts that we don't have access to.
