Shortly after the upgrade to the final version I have a problem with binary downloads showing a download status but not unrared. I traced it back through the rar files that were missing and found the chunks sitting in their folder unassembled. I've restarted several times and deleted the downloaded.db3 file.

How many retries to you have set? I'd use no more than 2 and you might want to turn "Aggressive Mode" on in that autopar options.

If that doesn't fix it, you might want to make sure you AV package ignores the Newsbin data folder at the very minumum. It sounds like you're not getting complete downloads.
