Display Update Pending bottleneck

When I see the "display update pending" message, where is the bottleneck? Newsbin is installed on a SSD, and I am running Windows 7 64 bit with 32gb of RAM.

Do I need to upgrade my video card?

What version are we talking about? Newer versions have had changes in this area.

What it means is that part of the information needed to be displayed is currently on disk and awaiting loading from disk to display.

Newsbin is installed on a SSD,

In the options select "Open Data Folder". Does it open the SSD drive? The install folder and where the data files all reside is completely disconnected.

I'm wondering if you have a massive download list DB or maybe a huge signature or "downloadMarker.db3" file?

If you have nothing in the download list, you might do "open data folder" again, exit Newsbin and delete "DownloadsV2.db3". This will wipe the download, failed and wish lists.

Everything points to the SSD.
The downloadMarker.db3 file is 89.3MB
The downloadsV2.db3 is 67.7MB
Both files were created in 2015!

Is it safe to delete both?

You can if you want. They're not that big.

DownloadMarker is what puts the hash marks on already downloaded files in the display
DownloadsV2 is the file that holds the download, wish and failed lists.

I wonder if you just need a clean re-install with all new data files? This doesn't seem to be a common issue so I'm thinking either you have some corrupt or overlarge files at this point.

a clean re-install doenst work even if you delete everything from your computer.

when you install de lates 6.73 it still gives you with every nzb files a display update pending , after a half minute or so its normall

That means things are slow to read off disk. Is there anything special about your disks?

What kind of machine is this? Is it slow?
