Download fast, but slow to par check

I've been using Newsbin for a while now and it's the only one that allows me to fully use gigabit download speeds.
However since I reinstalled it's now horribly slow when I load multiple nzb's it seems it very slow to check the par files.
I'm downloading to an ssd, and unrarring to an hdd. What I notice is that it only uses a lot of ram when checking pars, but barely any cpu.
It takes like 10 minutes before I finish about 8, 500mb-2gb files. Which seems quite a long time to me, which I never had before.

I've set these two parameters under performance:
ChunkCacheSize=4048
MemCacheLimit=4048

I have set the main download folder to a SSD, then the Download forlder for downloads from NZB files to a HDD(as a test for now, previously it was also set to the ssd, which had the same problem) and the unrar folder to a third HDD.

I set the Performance in the settings section to high powered PC.
Am I missing any settings?
Running 6.72 build 4776 on Windows 10.
