6.70 build 4600 not marking downloaded

I usually work with NZB files and load up many tabs of them. When I queue for download, they are marked accordingly in their tabs. However, after a file is downloaded, version 6.7 doesn't mark them as downloaded. They go back to being unread. This makes it difficult to see which ones I've downloaded. This is an update from version 6.6 recently and that behaved as expected.

Am I missing something and how to fix this behavior?

I have the same/similar issue with certain files in my custom list, or sometimes even straight NZB's. When it happens, after trying to download them again, they are usually displayed as "idle/old" and not as downloaded or duplicate.
