Pause newsbin's downloading when repairing\unpacking?

I haven't used newsbin for a while ..

Afaik there used to be an option that you could tick that made newsbin pause during repairing\unpacking (performance tweaks) but I dont see it now..

Is it possible to do that/

6.62 does that by default. The option is not working in the current 6.70 beta. So if you want it, I'd use 6.62.
