Having a strange issue with the speed limiter in 6.62, up to about 5Mbps it works as normal, above that though no matter what the setting the download speed is always between 5 and 6 Mbps.. switch off the limiter and the download speed goes back to the normal full 15-16Mbps (I sync at about 20). Even with the slider all the way to the right the download speed is limited to about 5-6Mbps.

Just tried reinstalling a couple old versions I still had, the speed limiter works ok with 6.55 and 6.61rc4.. so it's 6.62 that the speed limiter won't work correctly on my pc.

Not sure what to tell you at this point. I'll have to try some downloads with it on.

Speed limiter just start acting strange for me too.
It won't stay on? It changes to full speed in the middle of a DL at any time.
I'm using Win10 if it makes a difference.

The family gets upset when I use up all the bandwidth.
Is there a way to set the speed slower as a default?

I'm still having the same problem even up to the current 6.71b .. no matter what I set the limiter to it won't dl above 5-6mbps.
6.61RC4 is the last one that works fine for me.. 6.61 is where the issue starts.

Well upgraded all the hardware in my pc and done a fresh install of win8.1 and yet I still have the same problem :S No idea why I seem to be the only one with the issue.

I'll have to give it another looks. Sorry for the hassle.

I had the speed limit turning itself off issue on 6.55 and still have it on 6.70.

Also, the pause download doesn't stay paused.

I may have figured out why my speed limiter kept going back to full speed after a minute or so.

Somehow, the scheduler got turned on. Once I unchecked the box, all seems to be better. At least it's staying in speed limit mode longer.
