I'm a registered user; just installed 6.62 on a windows 7 64 bit machine. Wish list is completely erased.

How do I recover this?

Thanks!

What did you upgrade from? All the 6.6X's are incompatible for 6.56 and before's download lists.

If you want to recover, you need to re-install 6.56, run it, then export the wish list to an NZB file. Then install 6.62 and import the NZB file.

Thanks, but I was already on one of the newer versions.

I tried this anyway - installed 6.56 - and got back what appears to be my old wish list. I reinstalled 6.62 and as expected still have nothing.

The "Files List" tab is populated, but both the "Downloading Files" and "Wish List" lists are empty.

    Any ideas??

My only idea is probably bad news for you. It sounds like there's something wrong with the downloadsv2.db3 file so the wish list is no more. You could search around your hard disk and see if you have more than one of those files.

downloadsv2.db3 or downloads.db3 ? I do regular backups and occasionally use additional utilities to keep multiple versions of more important files - such as this one.

Did you do the export and import Quade mentioned? That's the only way to bring the wish list forward, albeit not in "the" wishlist but still intact and usable.

6.56 and before use Downloads. 6.6X and newer use DownloadsV2
