NZB Watch Folder Properties: Folders Not Being Cleaned Up

Hi Forum -
I have a NZB Blackhole/Watch folder configured. The d/l and unrar folders are separate folders.
The d/l folder is set to C:\Newsbin Downloads\$(NZBFILE)\ and it works well to keep rar/par sets in their own folders.
AutoPar Options: Delete Pars & Rars on Successful Unrar is ticked and the majority are deleted automatically.
However, NB leaves all of these folders named after the NZB file behind usually with the odd nzb file, par2 or nfo file inside so they are never empty. And yes, the unrar process has worked fine and the unrared file is in the unrar folder. Success, complete but not very tidy in the d/l folder.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
