GuiItems.db3 Suggestion

Postby TBlack » Sun Sep 20, 2015 1:31 pm

Search String History is stored in GuiItems.db3. Sometimes I would like to edit out an old word(s) and/or RE string(s), but keep others. Any chance of moving the Search String History Lists, FilterList & SearchList, out to .Txt Files in the Data Folder like the PosterLockout.txt so they can be edited while NB is closed?

Thanks
Tom

....or hook up the Delete Key like is available in the Filter Options Window.

Thanks

Yeah, easier said than done. I'd have to come up with some kinda custom control to make that happen. It's a good idea. Just getting there might be hard.

Understand. Thought I would float it.

If hooking up the Delete Key/Function is not practical, then maybe just make the two lists available as .txt files per my original thought. That would be huge.

I found a SQLite Browser that allows me to view and edit .db3 files that works very well.

Thanks for the consideration.
