Help setting up AutoRAR correctly

Let's start with the basics, shall we.
Main Download Folder: E:\Newsbin\Downloads\$(DATE)\$(FILENAME)\
Download Folder for NZB: E:\Newsbin\Downloads
UnRAR Folder: E:\Newsbin\Downloads\$(DATE)\$(FILENAME)\
So, basically, I want the items to download when double-clicking on a search result item to be finally be unrar into the folder "E:\Newsbin\Downloads\$(DATE)\$(FILENAME)\" and if the file can't be unrar to keep the downloaded files in the folder of "E:\Newsbin\Downloads\$(DATE)\$(FILENAME)\", which are basically should be the same. The end result will either be the unrar files or the files that were downloaded. How would I be able to accomplish this?
