Newsbin wil not load NZB files anymore

This is the Error
[19:30:27] ERROR Unable to Feed NZBData to Download list: %sd6P44kkOG-Pz82dTzvJN[16/54] - "d6P44kkOG-Pz82dTzvJN.part15.rar" yEnc
Can anibody help me i am totali in the dark here?

1 - In the options select "Open Data Folder".
2 - Close Newsbin.
3 - Delete "Downloads.db3" and DownloadsV2.db3 You might only have one or the other.
Try again. Deleting these files will clear the Download, Wish and Failed lists.

What type of drive is your "I" drive? If it is external, it could be that it is not available or the file system timed out when Newsbin tried to write to it. Change your download path to an internal drive and see if the symptoms change.
Also check the available disk space on that drive. Newsbin needs 3x the space available in order to download, assemble, and unrar a file. The space gets cleaned up after the unrar depending on your settings. So if you are downloading a 4GB RAR file, make sure you have 12GB of free space.

yes thank you there is somting wrong whit my "I" drive.
