Newsbin downloading all pars but why?

I have AutoPAR disabled and Send Pars to Wish List selected but when selecting a multipart entry Newsbin is downloading everything, including the Pars. It's also putting the entire selection into the Wish list. It worked properly in 6.56.

Upgrade to the latest beta. It's one of the fixes.
